We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Caracas. the location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and the subway station. the hotel offered excellent service, especially at their restaurant, where we enjoyed traditional and tasty meals. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a much-needed sense of tranquility. the hotel offered various amenities, such as reliable WiFi and a complimentary breakfast.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and soft linens. the location was perfect for us, just a few minutes' walk away from great shopping and dining options. We also loved the hotel's complimentary breakfast and excellent room service.

the staff was not always attentive or friendly, and we sometimes struggled to communicate due to language barriers.

The experience was not satisfactory overall due to several inconveniences. The staff’s lack of English proficiency and the absence of charging meals or minibar items to the room account were frustrating.
